These identify all the resources and materials that need to come together to make sure your new home is built on time and on budget. We have found it beneficial to share this detailed planning with our clients so that they can see where their home is at any stage, simply by logging into our website using the “Secure Client Login” feature, found at the top of every page. Every new customer gets a unique Username and Password to access their own secure part of our website where all the information and documentation related to their new home can be found, from the latest project Plan to the Stage Completion certificates for their mortgage provider.
