St Piran homes started life as David Ball Construction a small, Redruth based, local building firm that became part of the Rowe Group of companies in 1993. From these humble beginnings we have rapidly developed into the premier Cornish property developer that we are today and we have worked hard to build our reputation for excellence and innovation in house building.
